  • The Challenge: Late 19th century workers cottage looking for a complete update.

Dulwich Hill Granny Flat | Exquisite Living

  • The Challenge: Knock down a 1940’s garage and build 2 bedroom granny flat plus new garage from ground up. 

  • The Transformation: Build started with extensive ground works, including sewer encasement then concrete pier, beam and slab foundations. Extensive structural steel works utilized. Finishes built for everyday living, with luxurious touches. 

  • The Result: A high end, bespoke granny flat combining sophistication and functionality. Floating roof combined with high level windows make it a beautiful space, expertly constructed.
